Overview
Tenth ("Tenth," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Tenth AI, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information when you visit our website at use-tenth.com, contact us, or engage us for services.
Tenth provides Managed Growth, Direct AI Transformation, Growth Diligence, outside-in screens and audits, 90-day builds, and Stewardship to private equity firms, operating partners, and portfolio companies. In the course of that work, we handle non-public business information. We treat it as confidential, we sign a mutual NDA on request before an engagement begins, and we never use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Information We Collect
Contact information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and the content of messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
Engagement and business information: Information you share with us during Growth Diligence, an outside-in screen or audit, a complimentary growth read, or an active Managed Growth or Direct AI Transformation engagement. This may include financial data, marketing performance data, advertising account access, campaign records, audience data, and other business inputs necessary to deliver our services.
Work product and analysis: Growth reads, screens, audits, roadmaps, opportunity rankings, built systems, and other deliverables we create from your data during an engagement.
Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, device and browser details, approximate location from IP address, and error or diagnostic logs collected automatically when you use our website.
Communications: Emails, meeting notes, sales conversations, and related contact history between you and our team.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- +Respond to inquiries and scope engagement requests.
- +Deliver growth reads, screens, audits, Growth Diligence, Managed Growth, Direct AI Transformation, builds, and Stewardship.
- +Produce analysis, reports, and recommendations as part of an active engagement.
- +Communicate with you about your engagement, next steps, and relevant updates.
- +Improve our services and internal processes.
- +Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or business data to third parties. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit written consent.
Sharing Your Information
We do not share your information with third parties except in the following circumstances:
Service providers: We use a small number of third-party tools to operate our business: payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), CRM (HubSpot), and application hosting and database services (Replit). These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function.
Research data sources: Outside-in screens, audits, and growth reads draw on public and licensed data sources, which may include Google Ads transparency data, Google PageSpeed, Meta Ad Library, US Census data, and licensed search, audience, and firmographic providers such as DataForSEO, SparkToro, and Apollo. These sources receive the subject company's public identity (its name and website) and never your deal context, your identity, or non-public data. Paid sources run only with your approval during intake.
AI tooling: AI systems support research, monitoring, and drafting in our work. Client data used with AI tooling stays under enterprise or API terms with model training disabled. Every deliverable is reviewed and signed by a named operator before it reaches you.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tenth, our clients, or others.
Business transfers: If Tenth AI, LLC is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred, your information may be part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Google User Data (Tenth Growth Intelligence)
Tenth Growth Intelligence is the tool Tenth uses to read marketing data from Google products when a company gives us access. You choose what it can read on Google's sign-in screen, and you can remove that access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
What we access: the email address of the Google account that connects, plus reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager for the accounts you pick. That covers things like traffic, conversions, ad spend, search terms and tag settings. We don't collect records about individual customers or site visitors.
How we use it: only to build the assessment, dashboard and recommendations for the engagement it was shared for. The tool reads data. It doesn't change anything in your Google accounts. We don't use Google user data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train general-purpose AI models.
How we store it: in Tenth's own Google Cloud project and application database, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to the Tenth people working on that engagement.
Who sees it: the company that gave us access and, when the engagement calls for it, the client that hired us for that work (for example, an investment firm that owns or is evaluating the company). We share it with service providers only as needed to host and run the tool, and with others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it: for the length of the engagement, then we delete the raw Google data within 30 days. Email west@use-tenth.com to ask us to delete it sooner.
Tenth Growth Intelligence's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including the duration of an active engagement and any applicable legal or contractual retention periods.
Contact form submissions and pre-engagement communications are retained for up to 3 years. Engagement deliverables and associated business data are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years unless a shorter period is agreed in writing. Raw data we receive from Google APIs through Tenth Growth Intelligence follows the shorter schedule in the Google User Data section above. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

- +Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- +Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
- +Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.

Cookies and Tracking
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand use of our public pages and tools. Analytics remains off until you allow it. We do not send form field values, company details, contact email addresses or private intake URLs to Google Analytics.
