DIRECT AI TRANSFORMATION
Make AI part of
how the business works.
For private equity firms and their portfolio companies. We find, build and hand over AI systems for sales operations, analytics, marketing and repeat work. Your existing marketing team or partner can stay in place.
Start with the cost, delay or task you need to change.
Scope, price and completion criteria agreed upfront.
A trained owner, documented system and human review.
01 / FROM AI IDEA TO WORKING SYSTEM
Start with work
your people repeat.
These examples show what a build can do and how we agree whether it is finished. The scope fits your tools and business.
EXAMPLE BUILD / Marketing
Every new test waits on another production cycle.
A system that turns an approved brief into ad concepts, copy and variations for review.
Your marketing lead approves the work before it runs.
Your team can produce, review and launch the next agreed test without Tenth doing the production.
Examples of work we can scope. Tools, access and completion criteria are agreed for your business.
02 / DISCOVER. BUILD. TRANSFER.
A clear decision
before every investment.
We assess the opportunity before choosing the technology. You approve each build before implementation begins.
Focused discovery.
A fixed-fee review of the agreed business areas. You receive three to five opportunities with evidence, assumptions, build costs and priorities.
A scoped build.
We connect the tools, test the workflow and show progress during the 90-day block. A named person on your team works with us throughout.
Team ownership.
The build closes when the agreed completion test passes and your owner signs off. Documentation and training are part of the handover.
03 / AFTER THE BUILD
You keep the system.
Choose the support.
Your team can run it. Optional Stewardship provides monitoring, updates and improvements for the systems we have built.
We start with the systems and processes you already use. The scope names any connections, software changes, access requirements and ongoing costs before you approve the build.
We choose tools for the task, the data and the level of reliability required. Human approval and exception handling are part of the design. The technology must support the agreed business outcome.
Name an owner, provide the agreed access and make time for working sessions and testing. That owner learns the system during the build and runs it as part of the completion test.
No. Stewardship is optional and follows an AI system implementation. If you choose it, the monthly scope covers monitoring, updates as tools change and agreed improvements. Software subscriptions are identified separately.
FROM THE OPERATING LIBRARY
Choose the right first workflow.
Use a priority matrix and a staff-time calculator before committing to an AI build.
LET'S MAKE IT CONCRETE
Choose the task that should work better.
Bring one company and one recurring problem. We will work through whether an AI system is the right next step.
